How early can you rent a cart or car?

Our ship arrives at 7 am. Are the golf cart or car vendors out at that time? They are not very good in responding to emails.

Yes they will be. Most likely it'll be closer to 8A before you're off the ship and can walk outside the main gate to the golf carts. But you really need to reserve in advance as both cart vendors have limited vehicles and they go quickly.

We thought we had a reservation and to my disappointment we were told they did not have one. We were able to rent a car, found that to be as good and was actually cheaper!!!
