Thomson questionaire

We got back from our Norwegian trip on 11th June. This morning I received the survey questionaire from Thomson, over six weeks after our return. Is this a record or is it yet another IT glitch?

Only a randoim selection of passengers get the questionnaires so you are one of the chosen elite to get one at all - we have done 5 Thomson cruises since the email questionnaires were introduced and haven't received one yet.

Strange I've received one every time Did 4 cruises 2015, 3 cruises 2016 and have done 3 this year so far and have had a questionnaire every time

Sometime it goes into your SPAM folder maybe worth checking in there:)
