We did. Very happy with car and driver,will use again no problem. Just make sure you have cash to pay. tehy ask for CC upon booking but they don't charge it.

We used Shuttle Direct twice, once to the port and then from the port back to our hotel. They were punctual, the vehicles were excellent and the drivers polite, friendly and careful. They provided a car seat as requested. Our second driver was particularly good and chatted to my husband in perfect English all the way to the hotel.

We would certainly recommend them. We actually pre-paid so didn't need cash. They answered emails very promptly.

The only slight problem we had was that when we booked our first journey on the website it asked for the time the ship sailed, and we could not request the time we wanted. However, a quick email and a new voucher was issued with the time we wanted to be picked up.

Our experience was certainly very good.
