HappySails4U Posted January 24, 2017 #1 Share Posted January 24, 2017 Our ship will be in port from 1:00 p.m until 10:00 p.m. Since we don't arrive until 1:00 p.m. and want to take a sunset catamaran at 4:00 what else can we do besides shop in 3 hours? Would like to see some of the natural side of Aruba but what is our best bet?

Grant2000 Posted February 9, 2017 #5 Share Posted February 9, 2017 You could catch a cab to Palm Beach and enjoy a little sun and sand. There's also a small beach right in Oranjestad near the cruise port. Aruba is such a lovely place! There's lots to see! http://Aruba-Island.com/
mrsfuzzmo Posted February 9, 2017 #6 Share Posted February 9, 2017 We were just in Aruba and did the Trikes tour!! They have a sunset tour as well!! It was so much fun! We would do it again in a heartbeat. Great photos, went all over the island, it was really fantastic. Trikes were easy to ride and a great way to enjoy the warm breezes! Check out their sunset tours!!
mikeyd Posted February 21, 2017 #7 Share Posted February 21, 2017 Jolly Pirates is a good option. They have 2 or 3 trips daily and they were a blast to travel with. It's an old wooden pirate ship looking boat offering great snorkeling or just relaxing with free drinks.

cb at sea Posted March 19, 2017 #9 Share Posted March 19, 2017 There's no need to rush off the ship, if you don't have something planned. Not sure you'll need "beach time" if you're going to be in the sun all afternoon. Just take your time...sleep in...eat breakfast....maybe lunch, then head to your tour. It's a vacation, after all! Relax!
