Gone are the days when Cruise lines send out paper luggage tags. Everything is done online now you print everything. If you have a TA, they should do it for you. Especially when you are paying $$$$ for a cruise...if you DON'T have a pre-cruise hotel, you need to book it yourself, through the cruise line or your TA...

Not correct, for Azamara at least. I always have luggage tags delivered via my travel agent. Only times I have printed them is if I've changed staterooms and it's too late to reorder them.

For our cruise last November, I ordered luggage tags from the website, using the info from baytraller, and they arrived in the mail in 10 days.

Last cruise I actually had 2 sets...one from my TA and one I received in the mail from Azamara, so those days are not gone.
