Do cabins open up once the final payment date arrives?

Being a newbie to AZ and hoping to get on board soon (very soon) - hoping that I did not miss the boat (no pun intended) by waiting to book. Right now the sailing we are looking at is almost completely booked and is coming up for final payment. In your experience (and this board is a wealth of knowledge!) do some cabins that were being "held" open up once the final payment is due (folks who may decide not to sail or cabins that may have been held?) I know every sailing is different.....but hoping this may be the case?

thanks all - and truly do hope to be on board an AZ ship soon.

Hello robertmartha,

Yes some cabins may open up due to non-payment of final payment (aka cancellations.) And some cabins may open up due to agencies giving back unsold group space...though I'd have to check because I believe unsold group space is surrendered earlier than 120 days.

Is the voyage you're looking at still offering any GTY fares? If so, then our Inventory Control is expecting some openings.
