Ruins Cafe or Similar Cafe with WiFi

Would anyone who's been to Roseau recently know if the "Ruins Rock Cafe" or "Ruins Cafe" is closed? If not, does anyone know if they have WiFi, and where they are located? Does anyone know of a free WiFi hotspot near the port in Roseau? Any help would be appreciated.

Fort Young hotel just past the port. For the price of a beer we were treated to the fastest wireless I have ever encountered. Was able to upload video to Facebook in under a minute.

Fort Young Hotel is great! We went to the upstairs bar just because it was nice. Noticed many sitting around using "electric toys". Most were locals or folks staying at the hotel ... not cruisers. The bartender told us it was because they had very good wireless connections.

Yep. Upstairs is the place to be. There are a couple of bars down by the waterfront...but the wireless there is for...well let's say it is more what you would expect.
