Do we want this post to continue each week

If I forget or get busy ..one of you I seek

 

Did everyone get the Holiday Day

Does a three day weekend get in the way

 

I mean in.. you eat more because your home..not a win

Just think of all the people who have been snowed in

 

I/We really need to come in here more

Not to stay in bed and snore

 

Need to get on the "losing wagon" now

Summer will get here and we want to say WOW

 

So everyone come back in every Thursday..or what day you can

Plus everyone reading "Come on in" Losing pounds is in your hands

Didn't weigh in yet, but don't think I went down-nor up.

 

Still eating great all day and then crashing and burning at night.

 

Got some work in at the mines in Bagdad this week-weather is fantastic so also cleaned up the yard for my step son/daughters baby shower Saturday.

Sunday - we begin the master bath remodel. Tearing out everything and replacing it. I figure 4-6 weeks of decent exercise (it's on the 2nd floor)

 

PS-Belle: Did you HAVE a cigar for me along with a beer and Snickers bar? [emoji1]

I've been busy and haven't been able to long in here much. I'm going to try and come around more often. :)

 

I've also been bad the last few weeks and gained a few pounds. I'm back to working out more and counting calories. I ordered new bathing suit bottoms and they are a little tight. Hopefully they are the motivation I need ;)

I weigh myself everyday. Thursday was 194. I am good with that weight. I prefer 190. A few years a go I was 212 and even though I am a tall man I was not happy with that. I was down to 190 before halloween but put on 10 lbs between then and New Years. It helps that I was sick this week and did not eat for two days. Spring break trip in March with my son. So hopefully I can lose the other 4 lbs.

 

You might not think that the difference between 212 and 190 is that much but I have three size of pants in my closet depending on how many Slurpees and peanut M&Ms I am eating.

The weekend is here

Lets not drink too much beer

 

Instead of chocolate

Rub a coin in your pocket

 

Put the ice cream away

Listen to music and sway

 

If you eat food from a box

You will gain like eating rocks

 

If you eat food from a farm

No problems no Harm.

 

You don’t have to be a mechanic

To know its better if it’s organic.

 

So exercise and try to eat healthy

Sleep tight and dream about being wealthy

Ate bad at the party this weekend, but pretty sure this will help offset it. It's on the second floor so every block and tile is hand carried down stairs by yours truly.

Did you all have a good weekend?

Me I had a scare, my brakes stopped

working right while I was on the freeway.

Did make it home alright..Thank goodness.

Now something else that has to be fixed.

OK enough about me..now you.

 

shootr...Your a daring man..remodeling your

bathroom alone! (or crazy) Yes lots of exercise

going up and down stairs.

Sorry didn't have a cigar for you but had a

margarita (sp) in another bar but thought of you.

Love all your pictures you post, look forward to

Doing good with you weight loss. Sorry you

were sick. Yes a difference in your weight..

that's 22 lbs loss. You can do it.

 

Missy..Please do come in more. Help you to

stay accountable and to get more comfortable

in your new bathing suits bottoms

 

Kasi..Sorry that you've been sick. Hope your

feeling better now. Like to see you here soon.

 

Diana..Staying the same is sure better than gaining.

Kniow we always want losses thro. Aren't you

almost at goal. How is your job going. You still

like it? Hope so.

The new people that came in once or twice.

Where are the oldtimers ..WE miss you.

We need you, hope you need us.

 

Helps to weigh-in once a week to keep

ourselves accountable. Plus we really

need to come him and talk. Give tips/hints

that help us not gain and to lose weight.

 

As I said before if I'm prepared, I do better.

Need to have food in the frig. that I can grab

and not eat something not good for me.

Day 2 - probably 200lbs of tile, concrete, and drywall carried out.

Tonight it's cutting a hole in the garage ceiling to access the tub drain and disconnect it.

It's a workout, I'll say that. Wednesday night a buddy is coming over to help get the old tub out.

 

Cheated a little with ice cream after dinner but ate well all day.

 

I'm finding good prices on lunch meats so I bring a package to work and put it in the refrigerator and eat it for lunch. Cheap and filling. Back down to one soda a day and water intake is better.

shootr..Your some busy guy. You sure can count

this as exercise!!! Hope you have some days off

from work to this work. Too much doing both.

Strong man. Good on eating a drinking one soda.

 

Missy..Yes we all should drink water, good for us.

But I bet most of us drink soda once in awhile or

put something in our water.

Your doing good only drinking water.

 

How is everyone else doing?

 

Waiting for a friend to come look at my car before

I take it somewhere. Want to know whats wrong so

I can tell them..can't always trust people, sorry to say.

Don't want them to tell me a bunch of things are wrong

and charge me an arm and a leg.

(gee where did that old saying come from)lol
