Cost to go to 7 mile beach

Is there a fee to get on 7 Mile Beach and also what is the cost typically to get a cab from the port. Finally is there a specific area that we should ask the cab driver to take us to at the beach for relaxing and rental of a couple of chairs

Thanks for the advice. No, we typically do more active excursions such as snuba, or sailing and snorkeling. However, we are trying to keep this trip to a modest budget and relax a bit.
