Novotel Southampton, Park & Stay

We've booked a pre-cruise night at this hotel which includes 14 nights parking and taxi transport to the port. Has anyone done this at this hotel? Is the car kept for the 14 nights in the hotel carpark or is it moved elsewhere?

In my experience it varies, sometimes it's left where you park it and you keep the keys or someone will take the keys and take it away.

It all depends if you book the hotel and parking with a company or book it with the just hotel.

It's a deal offered by the hotel but I can't find any detailed info on it on their website.
