Atlantis Aquarium No Charge

I read somewhere that the Atlantis aquarium is free entry after 6 or 7pm. Can anyone verify if this is true? Thanks so much!

Generally, once the security guards left, people just wandered freely. It's not Technically open to the public, but it's unmanned.

Don't know how that's going to be since they are temporarily moving the Marketplace dining venue into that space at the bottom of the stairs, so my guess is that security will not be leaving until after the restaurant is closed for the night.

I was there (staying at the resort) a few months ago. After about 5 pm the guards at the end of the casino/beginning of the Royal Towers Lobby ("The Great Hall of Waters") leave and you can enter the lobby, and also the Dig entrance. However, many of the lights in the display tanks inside the Dig will be turned off after-hours, so you won't be able to see as much.

Still, can't argue with free.....
