Switching from 4 to 3 person

We are having a tiny feud with person #4 in our interior cabin. What risk is involved to delete them from the booking?

It is paid in full, including gratuities.

Final payment is not due until August 15.

When's the cruise? What itin?

If sailing a high season cruise (Thanksgiving, New Year's) might have to change cabins. If low season probably be able to stay in the same cabin.

I would give it some time before I would cancel the tiny feud might be solved.
