private companies selling dolphin swim tickets

I'm planning to to purchase tickets for the Dolphin Royal Swim at Chankanaab. Has anyone used one of these providers: Cozumel Insider, Cozumel Concierge, or Cozumel Tours by Johann & Sandra? If so, were you satisfied with the service? Did you get what was promised?

Would you recommend another source for tickets?

This is my first attempt at purchasing a shore adventure on my own (and my first new thread posted on CruiseCritic). Any help would be appreciated.:)

I think you can tell them you're staying at such and such hotel they give you a good rate at the Dolphin encounter.

We booked with Cozumel Tours with Johann and Sandra. Have not done excursion yet, but their customer service was very prompt in responding to my emails with questions I had. I was pleased with their refund policy so that was reason I booked with them along with price. Also send list of several shops and restaurants we can get discounts at.

Cozumel Insider is often suggested on this board. It was a long time ago when my kids did the dolphin swim thing - not sure how we booked it.

Try cancun.com and go under the Cozumel tab...I have found their prices to be almost half of the others.
