I've always gone to Orient Beach, but due to the hurricane, I'm changing my plans. Mullet Beach looks great on Tripadvisor. Please tell me all about it, including ease of getting a cab to and from.....thanks!

Mullet Bay Beach is our favorite. You won't have any trouble getting a taxi there but coming back might be a different story. Possibly you could talk a taxi driver into coming back for you but it would make me nervous that they would forget or have something better to do. It's about a 15 minute walk to Maho and you could get a taxi back from there. Mullett Bay has chairs and umbrellas to rent for $20. The ribs and chicken at Rosie's are the best you'll find anywhere and there are picnic tables if you don't want to rent chairs.

So how do you go abouts getting a taxi back to the port??

We are also changing our plans for the same reason.

There will be taxis at Maho. If you are not physically challenged it's an easy walk.

There is a taxi stand 1/2 way between the two beaches right across from the entery in to Mullet Bay golf course road. It's right in front of the pharmacy so you can't miss it. There are often taxis at the resorts and casino on that main road in the Maho entertainment district as well.
