The website is particularly unfriendly to work with. It all seems to work much better if you call. They answer quite quickly, you get a dedicated rep, they check you have lowest available price and any extras, send confirmations instantly, etc. Final payment is only by phone or through your own TA anyway. It seems old school, but works. Have a good trip.
