Four of us will be in St. Thomas in Feb. and we have scheduled an excursion through NCL for a Power Cat to St. John and than onto Trunk Bay. I have been there before many years ago but do not remember if they have facilities there and food. Are there Lounges to rent as well?

They aren't loungers. They are low, fold up sand chairs. You need to leave a deposit for the chairs. Also, there is a limited supply, and if you arrive at noon on a busy day they might be gone.

I have a bad back and cannot use those small sand chairs. So what I am seeing here is that there are no lounge chairs at all and all you can rent are those lousy small sand chairs. If this is the case than I will be visiting another beach for the day. Our excursion also goes to Trunk Bay in the afternoon. Luckily we are the only ship in port that day.

If it matters, these aren't the small sand chairs without arms that are really terrible. These are adjustable sand chairs with arms. But they are low to the ground and you need to carry them from the rental shack to your spot on the beach (depending on where you want to sit, not that far).
