A6000 setting messed up?

Recommended Posts

There are several circumstances in which the camera will take multiple shots although you are not in burst mode -- it's doing so not as a burst (multiple shot with same exposure, etc.) but to take several photos at different settings (e.g. exposure), and sandwich the images together into one single, better, image. The usual "culprit" is an auto HDR or ISO setting. Dave answered the same question from another poster on the "main" Sony A6000 thread, here:

In-camera HDR or ISO set to multi-frame NR.

In that instance, the issue was this:

Found my problem. Multi Frame NR in ISO setting its "ISO AUTO" I accidentally had it on and couldn't figure out why the 3 shots. I ended up setting the camera back to default.

I hope that's helpful.
