dixcy69 Posted January 25, 2015 #1 Share Posted January 25, 2015 Hello I am just starting to do research for my next cruise and I cant see if Cunard offer a drinks package for booze? BlueRiband Posted January 25, 2015 #2 Share Posted January 25, 2015 From the ask.cunard.com site: https://ask.cunard.com/help/cunard/life-on-board/drinks_package i'm also seeing "Grills Inclusive" and "175th Celebration" packages on the main Cunard site page. Those mention wine packages but not mixed drinks.
dixcy69 Posted January 25, 2015 Author #3 Share Posted January 25, 2015 Thanks for that great information but its more about the mixed drinks as on last cruise he managed to have a huge bar bill and would like to save some money on something if possible. Underwatr Posted January 26, 2015 #4 Share Posted January 26, 2015 Not on Cunard. But he can carry on a bottle or two. Even buying a bottle from room service is cheaper than buying by the drink.

I have carried on wine, but never other bottles of liquor.Curious first cruiser on QV & QM2 in May 2015. I have personally not know any one (yet) to be deprived of liquor that they carry on board. However there is always going to a first time . With changes in Management that are occurring one never knows, It used to be very easy to change ones dining times on board but of late I have seen notices in the Britannia Dinning room that this will not be undertaken if one books the Cheapest fare ! Cunard show this in their FAQs https://ask.cunard.com/help/cunard/before-you-sail/alcohol https://ask.cunard.com/help/cunard/life-on-board/drinks_package Edited January 31, 2015 by Pennbank

DB605 Posted January 31, 2015 #11 Share Posted January 31, 2015 Cunard trialled an all inclusive package on three cruises recently, our receipt collection came to around $1200, final total £0.00! Hopefully they will introduce something in the future, although I imagine they won't be keen to have us back too soon:D
