asda Posted April 24, 2014 #1 Share Posted April 24, 2014 If your cruise gets cancelled a few days before it is ready to depart what is the cruise company responsibility.? Ie what happens about hotels and transport that has been booked prior to cruise. do you take that up with your travel insurance?
majortom10 Posted April 24, 2014 #2 Share Posted April 24, 2014 Only very rarely does a cruise get cancelled at that late a stage and the cruise companies liabilities with regards to compensation are clearly stated in the back of the brochure. The ancillary costs i.e. hotels and parking would be down to you claiming off your own travel insurance.
