Taxi on the island are not regulated.. it is all about the haggle. The best price I have heard from Coxen Hole round trip, cause you don't want to get stuck on a cruise day, is $15 per person. From Mahogany Bay (farther away) for the price most people opt for a private English speaking driver from one of the tour companies, this way you can stop anyplace you like along the way.

Why do you want to take a taxi to Anthony's Key? It is a closed resort, for divers, and an all-inclusive so you wouldn't be able to eat there or probably even hang out on their beach. The dolphin experiences are booked through the cruise ships only as far as I know.
