Swim with stingrays and mobility difficulties

I have done the swimming with stingrays twice. The first time was great because the steps to get off and on the boat had handles which made my step climbing easier

The second time, the ladder into to water was not secure, had not rail and I was seriously injured both getting off the boat and on

Can anyone recommend a good excursion with a more stable step situation?

I don't mind the crowd, waves or stingrays slithering around me. Just getting on and off the boats.

I would email stingray sailing, my mom couldn't swim and they were very gentle with her. We had a wonderful experience. They limit the excursion to 25 people so it is smaller and you get more personal attention
