Courtyard by Marriott

Has anyone stayed recently at the Courtyard by Marriott near Biscayne Bay? Feedback?

I'm likely flying in the day before cruising with DH and DD 16 and hoped to find a hotel near the port that isn't ridiculously expensive.

I did for my cruise Oct 2013. Hotel was nice, beds very comfortable. I had shuttle pick me up from airport, and the next morning had shuttle drop me off back at the airport to meet with carnival for my scheduled transfers.

What are your dates and what is your price point? The same $300 hotel in January can be under $100 in August.
