Jolly Beach Without the resort

Has anyone gone to Jolly Beach without buying the all inclusive resort's day pass? The pass is from 9-5, but we are only in port from 7-2 so it wouldn't work well for our family. We are wondering if there are places to eat, restrooms, activities, etc. that are not part of the resort.

I would love to hear if anyone has done this too. Anyone?

I don't know a thing about this Jolly Beach. Anyone with more info and pics would be appreciated THANKS!!!
