Spa in Ensenada?

Hi All,

First time cruiser and first time post - please don't kill me if I posted this in the wrong place. I'll be on the Carnival Inspiration next month (April 2014) to Catalina and Ensenada. I'm looking for a good Spa Treatment while in Ensenada. I read archived forums dating back to 2007 and 2008 but wanted to see if anyone has been there recently. So far I've only read of a place called Massage & Facial Care. Are they still there? Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.
