Voom Package 20% off?

Our cruise (on Allure, to set sail Feb 25, 2018) is offering 20% off of VOOM Internet packages... is that a good deal? Should we jump on it, or wait for something better? (If we do purchase it, and a better deal comes along, can we cancel and re-book at the better price?)

I'd purchase now and if something better comes along you can cancel and re-order.

The 20% off sale price in my cruise planner is the same price it has always been - $25 per day for 2 lines.

It used to be 30%. VOOM is one of the few products sold by RCI that has a sale from a real price.
