Celebrity Eclipse Baltic Cruise Aug 2014

Hi

We are first time cruisers going to the Baltic on 16 August. Can anyone tell me if the drinks packages are a good idea or are we better buying our drinks individually. Also, do many me wear black tie for the formal nights.

As cruiser Bruce says you're best to SEARCH for an answer to this question on the Celebrity board. The SEARCH function is your friend. This question has been asked/answered/debated multiple times.

My personal opinion is that it's not worth the expense. You have to drink an awful lot each day just to break even.

If you decide to just purchase drinks, remember that you can bring 2 bottles of wine on board (per stateroom, corkage fee applicable if you want to bring them to the dinning room) and that if you buy a bottle of wine at dinner and don't finish it they'll bring it back the next night.
