Shekim Posted April 4, 2013 #1 Share Posted April 4, 2013 Why are there no sailings from Galveston January 2014?
Doug S Posted April 4, 2013 #2 Share Posted April 4, 2013 Think I read in another post that the Navigator was going into its updating dry dock during that time period. Will get the enhancements that the rest of the class has.
austinlw Posted April 4, 2013 #3 Share Posted April 4, 2013 That's one reason we booked the Feb 9, 2014 Navigator sailing. It's the first 7 day cruise after the Navigator refurbishment.

BillB48 Posted April 4, 2013 #5 Share Posted April 4, 2013 They have removed all the info on the revitalization on their schedule. I have no idea if they are in the air about the dry dock or is itjust what they are planning to upgrade. It's the same with the Voyager, Adventurer and Explorer... all due early in 2014. Here is the whole schedule.... http://www.creative.rccl.com/Sales/Royal/General_Info/Flyers/12028421_Revit_QuickReference_Guide.pdf
Shekim Posted April 4, 2013 Author #6 Share Posted April 4, 2013 I'd forgotten about the dry dock. But a whole month? I bet she'll come out looking all shiny and new!
ARCruisinNana Posted April 4, 2013 #7 Share Posted April 4, 2013 I'd forgotten about the dry dock. But a whole month? I bet she'll come out looking all shiny and new! Almost 5 weeks! Not sure what all they are going to do, but it should be great. Mariner only had a mini 10 day makeover, so Navigator will be the first one to get the full treatment. Clarea Posted April 4, 2013 #8 Share Posted April 4, 2013 I'd forgotten about the dry dock. But a whole month? I bet she'll come out looking all shiny and new! Three to four weeks has been what the other ships have been taking to do the revitalization improvements.
