Queen Victoria OBC

We are going on our first Cunard cruise in 6 weeks which we booked through a cruise specialist in the UK. I have noticed that the only proof of our OBC is on our confirmation invoice from the travel agent. They are telling me I dont need a Cunard confirmation invoice but on our previous cruises on other lines we have always received one. They also say it will be on my Voyage Personaliser but it isnt. Does it usually show on there? Am I going to have a problem proving my obc when I get on ship?

OBC won't show on your Voyage Personaliser but it should be on your Cunard invoice confirmation
