Price Drop After Final Payment

We are on the Quest for a May sailing. The price has dropped $1000pp. Seabourn would not adjust our price but did give us an additional on board credit, not for the amount of the price drop. I think this is bad PR. Has anyone else had a different experience.

Actually, getting an on board credit shows that they acknowledge the slight. You must realize........when buying a car, a dress, a suit, an airline ticket.....prices change, and you still pay what you did prior to the change. It hurts a bit. But give them credit for doing something for you. Enjoy your trip and never look back.

Can you request an upgrade as compensation?

Never hurts to ask. You might or might not get it. I have not personally been in a situation on Seabourn where I could ask but it has worked on some other lines.:D
