Does anyone from RCCL read these posts?

I love RCCL, but there are definitely things they could do better. For example, on my last cruise I noticed a significant uptick in crew responsiveness. Whenever I even looked confused, someone would offer to help. On the downside, I already documented my bad Next Cruise experience.

 

I was curious if they use this forum as one input for the Voice of the Customer.

Not sure about RCI but when we sailed on Oceania a few years ago I had an issue which I posted on these boards. Next thing I knew I had the second in command of the ship contact me and we had to go to his office! Problem was sorted immediately. They had even figured out who I was even though I don't use my name here!

There have been posts by Royal Caribbean International, which CC has assured us was a "verified" poster, meaning it was someone at the company. However, I've not seen those for quite a few months now. Most recently they had been used to tout the company, and were not responsive to difficult questions that were posed.
