For example, on my last cruise I noticed a significant uptick in crew responsiveness. Whenever I even looked confused, someone would offer to help. On the downside, I already documented my bad Next Cruise experience. I was curious if they use this forum as one input for the Voice of the Customer. Next thing I knew I had the second in command of the ship contact me and we had to go to his office! Problem was sorted immediately. However, I've not seen those for quite a few months now. Most recently they had been used to tout the company, and were not responsive to difficult questions that were posed.
