Can anyone let me know if this excursion is worth going on?

Do you enjoy a short bus ride sightseeing? Do you enjoy seeing historic ruins from a civilization past? If so, it is worth the money.

Do you want to lie on the beach and have your every desire fulfilled by the staff of the AI resort? If so, no, no , no.

We've done this twice with Autoprogreso and always enjoyed it. The ruins are significant enough and there is a cenote you can swim in. Also a restaurant there but we've never eaten in it.
