LrgPizza Posted May 26, 2017 #1 Share Posted May 26, 2017 I never hear of anyone doing this, yet it doesn't seem like a big deal. Am I missing something? We plan to take the minibus from the dockyard to Horseshoe Bay, and at some point walk to Warwick Long Beach, and then walk back to Horseshoe Bay. Is there any reason this is a bad idea? SailBadtheSinner Posted May 26, 2017 #2 Share Posted May 26, 2017 Except for the extra distance walked, I don't see it as a bad idea unless it is hot & humid the day you're doing it. And the reason you're doing it this way is because you want to catch a min-bus, not a public bus, back to the Dockyard and use the facilities that are at Horseshoe? Why not ask the mini-bus driver to drop you at Warwick Beach instead of Horseshoe. The worst he can say is NO. SBtS
LrgPizza Posted May 26, 2017 Author #3 Share Posted May 26, 2017 Yes, that was the reasoning, and that's a good idea. As always, thank you! Sent from my iPhone using Forums mobile app
Laurab23 Posted May 27, 2017 #4 Share Posted May 27, 2017 Is Warwick before dropping off at Horseshoe or after? Laura
SailBadtheSinner Posted May 27, 2017 #5 Share Posted May 27, 2017 Is Warwick before dropping off at Horseshoe or after? Laura If you/re coming from the Dockyard, Horseshoe Bay is first. The road distance between their access road is about .7 miles. SBtS
