Cosmopolitan Classics 12 August - Flight cancelled

Hi all,

Pretty new to cruising with Thomsons and this will be the first cruise on the TUI discovery in August.

Everything was booked including the flights and a few months ago I had an email saying the flights had been cancelled.

Just wondering if anyone else is in the same situation waiting for Thomsons to book another flight??

Really? Have you not pursued it further if they notified you of this a few months ago?? Nothing has been mentioned by anyone on the Tui Discovery FB page about this so it does sound very strange. If I were you, I would get onto Thomson as soon as possible and find out what's happening.

Never experienced this situation they do change flight times and carriers from time to time but always give you an alternative if you have booked a package.

What airport are you due to fly from? I think you need to contact Thomson asap - either through your Travel Agent if you used one or direct with Thomson pretravelservices@thomson.co.uk or tel. 0203 6361980 (open today).
