Noise from the Gym

Hello,

We were assigned a spa cabin 10009 (Koningsdam) and it is directly over the treadmill part of the gym. I was wondering if anyone who has stayed in a Spa Cabin has heard any noise from the gym? I am hoping it is soundproofed as I really don't want to be awakened at 6am. I tried to move our cabin but did not have any luck. We are just trying to prepare ourselves for the worst and hope for the best.

Any comments will be appreciated.

I would think being above the gym wouldn't be an issue ...being underneath treadmills would be different, but above I can't imagine how you'd hear them tbh

My husband has been on a few ships when the people in charge of the gym turn up the music very loud.

If that becomes a problem on your cruise -- go to the front desk and complain.

Gym opens at 6 AM.

Thanks for your replies. I forgot about the music. Ech. Oh well, hopefully they will be respectful.
