Advantage Upgrade

Does anyone know when they start to process upgrades. How many days out from cruise. I am leaving Saturday and our cruise leaves the following Sunday,

2-3 days before cruise.

There is no cut and dry answer to that as they sometimes will grant upgrades before the 48 hours till sailing. However, all upgrades are accepted or denied by 48 hours before sailing.

The official terms say "Your offer can be accepted anytime from the moment it is submitted up until 2 days prior to departure." If you offer well over the retail price of the upgrade,,, they will probably take your money and run.

On our upcoming cruise, the cost of upgrading from a Spa balcony to a Havens Spa room was cheaper than a Low/Medium Fair bid. So, we just paid the retail upgrade cost and got all of the Havens perks also.
