I am trying to do on line check in and I get this message:

"The system is unable to handle your request for updating embarkation information"

Anyone have any idea what the problem is?

Am I doing something wrong?

Hi Pacheco,

I'm unsure if this is another of the many problems with the website, but you may wish to try calling Azamara's online check-in support team at 1-877-222-2526.

Hope this is helpful !

I am on the phone with them now

It's Guatemala

They are clueless

This is very sad and frustrating

I can easily do on line registration for every other line I sail.

The rep says that maybe it's MY computer LOL

It's not.

I just did online registration for Seabourn.

And now the rep is back to tell me that Azamara is doing some "updating" on its computers and things should be working in a day or so. This is no way to run a business in this technological age.

Hi Pacheco,

Sorry to hear the phone number routed to Guatemala. I've called this number in the past, and I'm virtually certain that it routed to Miami. I wonder if this is a recent change. If so, it may explain why the Azamara website is having such major problems. I cant imagine that Miami has to deal with Guatemala to improve their website - at least I hope not.

Just for the heck of it, I will call the number tomorrow, and see if I'm routed to Guatemala.
