Booking a Celebrity Cruise on board Azamara

Is there any advantage to booking a Celebrity Cruise while on board Azamara? Trying to decide whether it is worthwhile to wait until next month to book a specific cruise, or to just call my TA and book it now.

I have done it the "other way around"...on board X and booked AZ. I believe we had a "reduced" deposit....we own stock so that is a given...either booking on board or on land. I have "heard" on CC that if you book on board and get a $200 SBC then you can't exchange that for the $250 SBC as a stock holder...don't know if that is true or not....but will find out soon as I booked a cruise for "16 on board X and received the $200 SBC...over the holidays...we will see.
