For the Airport to the cruise terminal, about S$25 to S$30 (depending on peak hrs and traffic). However, please note this is for the normal cab (Normally Japanese or Korean brand).

If you take the premium cab (Normally branded taxi like Mercedes-Benz or Bendley) it will be higher.

They are all at same airport taxi waiting line.
