Airfare Prices From Vancouver, BC to Atlanta

When would be the best time to book airfare from Vancouver, BC to Atlanta for May '07? Do the prices increase or decrease as time nears?:)

unless they have a seat sale typically they increase

try Kayak.com it gives you a range of airlines and past history of pricing

If possible, consider flying out of SeaTac, it can be significantly cheaper than flying out of YVR. I flew Southwest in Oct. to Fort Lauderdale and it was several hundred $$'s cheaper than Vancouver. Check Kayak and Sidestep as well as the airline's own sites for prices. I live in Mission and it took about 3 hours for the drive down but it was worth it, for the savings.

I did go the day before as I had an early flight, but still came out ahead after paying for the hotel. Also. I did get parking for the 9 days there as well. HTH
