Grand Cayman - Excursion Booked - Looking for Beach

We will be in Grand Cayman from 7-4. We have an excursion booked: Nautilus Undersea Adventure from 10:45 -11:45. We really want to visit the beach....any suggestions? Will we have enough time to visit and enjoy a beach?

Sure! 7 Mile Beach runs along the coast...and there are buses to get you there and back! $2.50 pp...simply stand at the road, and the next bus will stop for you! Keep en eye on the traffic, tho...the road (only 1 road!) gets backed up in the afternoon, so what should be a 10 min. ride can turn into a 40 min. ride!

Seagrape beach has all the amenities...food/drink, restrooms, chair/umbrella rentals, and watersport rentals.

Keep in mind Grand Cayman is a tender port. The last tender will be at 3:30 or possibly sooner.

Also, as mentioned by another, traffic often gets very backed up ... especially in the afternoon.
