Sent an email to Thomson Cares on Sunday regarding our cruise in October.

Received a reply from Lauren to say that she had passed my query on to the correct department and that she would reply as soon as she heard back from them.

Got a detailed reply from her this morning.

There are two sides to every coin - I emailed an enquiry about a week ago and received an automated reply to advise the response time was 14 days.

I didnt get quite the response I wanted:(...but it was prompt....same day infact:cool:
