lobster on five day cruise

Do they serve lobster in the MDR on a five day cruise or just on the longer ones?

Lobster is typically included on the Captan's Gala dinner menu which is served on the second formal night. With only one formal night on a five nighter I assume the will serve the Captain's welcome menu on your formal night and there will be no lobster in the DR.

I did a 5 day RT Los Angeles- There was one formal night, but no lobster.

BUT we went to the Crown Grill.. filet mignon and lobster galore. Yum!! Its worth it!

Well at least now I know to not plan on lobster. And I love lobster.

If it's important to you, go the Crown Grill one night. The lobster there will be better than the MDR stuff anyway.

We love lobster too. We go to Crown Grill for steak and lobster at least one evening. Worth the price.

They don't give you Maine Lobsters so I don't even order them anymore.

We did a five night Caribbean cruise this past February and there was no lobster.

Do you recall what was the main en'tree choices for the Captains welcome ?

Maybe Prime Rib, but I recall that was always on the menu the first cruise night.

They don't give you Maine Lobsters so I don't even order them anymore.

Yeah, being where we are from, I would never even think of ordering lobster on any ship!
