When is the casino open

Hi

Going on a Royal Caribbean cruise out of Quebec City. While in the St Lawrence will the casino and stores on board be open. Need to withdraw OBC cash through the casino and if it isn't open until a sea day in the open waters could be a long wait.

My experience is that on other cruise lines it is open.
