Beach Tour Magens Bay and East End Beaches

We want to go to Magens Bay in the morning for 1-2 hours maybe kayak in the Bay, then go to Sapphire Beach on the East End to snorkel and have more beach time, and back to the ship by 4pm. At. St. Thomas 8am-6pm. Can we get a taxi from Magens to Sapphire or will we need to taxi back to the dock area first? Better to hire a private taxi/tour?

If time permits, I'd like to have our taxi make a quick stop at some of the other beaches just to see what it looks like and take some pictures: Lindquist, Secret Harbor, and any other points of interest on the way). We have already been to Coki Beach. If all the beaches are about the same, then we can skip the extra stops.

We could always save Magens Bay or another trip but I think we might have time to do both. Going to a beach where we can snorkel too is more important.

Thanks for any advice.
