Cunard first time, canaries in December 2015

We are going around the canaries on the QE in December 2015. Once were over by Spain how wam will it be on deck at sea? Also travelling with our 12 year old daughter the 10 days before christmas ( arrive back the 22nd), do you think there will be a couple of other children on board.. Also my husband and i cannot dance properly we are both in our late 30's, will they have any lessons on board, we have got 3 days t sea before we hit land... Sorry lots of questions
