Last minute excursions

I am sick with Lyme Disease and hope to still go on my French Riviera cruise in September inspite of my health issues, I never know from day to day how I am going to feel so I'm quite nervous about booking excursions ahead of time.

Can you find tours once you port in Sete, Toulon and Villefranche?

No. You can find taxis that will take you places, but no tours like in the Caribbean.

This is one time when I would recommend signing up for ship tours. You can probably cancel them while on board if you are not well that day, or they will be canceled if you need to cancel the whole trip.

Generally, no. You might find some taxis who you can hire, but that is simply transportation and not a true tour. We know this is not what you wanted to hear....but it is reality. You could research doing things on your own, but this will take more energy then simply taking an excursion (cruise ship or private).
