Carribean Excursions

When you book a Beach break/snorkel excursion and the time limit is 4 hours, Do you have to leave the Beach at the 4 hr limit?

It depends on the location and how many buses are running. We did snorkeling in Costa Maya and once it was finished, we could stay at the beach until the last bus was about to leave. They had buses running to the ship all day. However in Cozumel, we had to be on the bus at a certain time or miss our ride back.

If there is only one bus, or you are in a location where the driver and guide has to account for all of the group or be back at a certain time, then you may have to leave when they say.

The guide will either let you know if you can stay, or if you have to return with him.
