Main Dining Room-Special Dinners

Does anyone know if there is a way to tell which nights they will have their "high end " dinners in the main dining room ? For example lobster night . I am traveling on the Silhouette , Oct. 23, 2017 and am trying to schedule specialty restaurants. Thanks for your help.

Pretty well only once on ship. You can ask when the 'chic' evenings are, that is when the so called 'special' menu's will be used.

The first evening chic night is usually the first sea day.The lobster night is usually the next to last night. It's always a good idea to check with Guest Services after you board to double check. If there's deviation from what you counted on you can hopefully change your specialty booking at that time.
