Hotel recommendation San Pedro

Would like to get a recommendation on a hotel in San Pedro, preferably close to the cruise terminal.

Here's the basic requirements:

• not more than about $100 for the night (we're going on Feb 2, 2015)
  
• Free Wi Fi
  
• Would like a free breakfast
  
• If not right next to the terminal then free transportation to the terminal is needed
  
• if more than 1 story need an elevator (between the 2 of us we have maybe 1.5 good knees!)
