Never used Coastal. Arthur's was a no show and Hertz bailed us out so we rent from Hertz when renting at the Pier.

He did not open the office that day. Elaborate lie. I'm not the only one that this happened to as I later read of someone who this EXACT thing happened to but it happened prior to my experience with Arthur's. Hertz was at the pier beside Coastal.

Is the Hertz rental right at the pier? Walking distance?

Hertz is right off the pier next to the others. We rented a car with them last week no problem, pre reserved online so everything was ready when we got there. .
